I’ve been particularly drawn to nail colors in pinks and nudes lately. My latest foray into nail color is Essie’s Mademoiselle, a very pale pink. It’s mere hint of color that’s suitable for any occasion, from the office to dinner with friends and everything in between. It’s pretty and subtle; the perfect polish for when you want your nails to look perfectly polished without detracting from the rest of your outfit. I love Mademoiselle and I can’t wait to try some more of the pink’s in Essie’s range.

I used 1 coat of Sally Hansen’s Salon Manicure Smooth & Strong Base coat #3223. I let that dry and then added two coats of Essie’s Mademoiselle #112. After letting both coats of the Essie dry, I finished up with 1 coat of Sally Hansen’s Salon Manicure Ultra-Wear Top Coat.

You’d probably like OPI’s New York City Ballet collection.
Thanks for the suggestion, I’ll have to check it out. I love OPI polishes, too.
I’ve been buying shades (such as this one) trying to find the perfect milky pink neutral. It’s Chanel’s Ballerina. It sucks paying $26 for a bottle of nail polish but you will never need to search for another one again. It’s worth it. I just stare at my nails all day now.
